Classic Days is a small business specialising in the provision of quality vehicles for wedding and civil ceremonies. We are committed to providing a professional, reliable and friendly service for our customers. |

These Terms & Conditions exist to prevent misunderstanding.

Conditions of Hire |

All our cars are chauffeur driven and are fully insured. We are also covered for Public Liability to the sum of £2 million pounds. Areas covered include Dorset and West Hampshire. Areas further afield considered by separate negotiation. All our prices include V.A.T

In these Conditions "we" means Classic Days and its employees, "you" means our client, Bride, Groom, individual and their families or agents. Your booking becomes a contract once we have received your deposit and issued a confirmation letter.

In the unlikely event that the chosen car or cars cannot be supplied then we reserve the right to offer you an alternative or a full refund of all monies. In doing so, it is understood that you will have no further claim against Classic Days. If this occurs less than one month before your Wedding/Event we reserve the right to supply an alternative vehicle in the event of breakdown, accident, illness, etc.

If seat belts are fitted then they must be worn. We operate a strict NO SMOKING policy in all our vehicles.

Traffic delays, breakdowns, sickness, severe weather etc are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible in the event of these occurring. |

In the event of cancellation by you (required in writing) the deposit is non-refundable. If this cancellation occurs after the Final Payment is due (One month before the Event date) you remain liable to pay it. We will try to find a substitute booking and, if successful, we will refund your final payment.

All vehicles are cleaned before they go out, but we cannot accept liability for clothing etc. becoming marked or stained by oil/grease, dirt or the exhaust of the vehicle. |

We cannot accept liability for loss or damage to your luggage or items carried in, on or left in the vehicle. Please check before the car departs. |

| 8 | In the event of any internal or external damage being caused to the vehicle(s) by the hirer, the hirer's guests or any other party, the hirer will be liable for the repair costs in full. The driver may terminate the booking if the client or passengers cause excessive delays, are disorderly or in the drivers' judgement are unfit to travel. |

In the event of severe weather conditions, e.g. fog, ice, snow, or very high winds, we reserve the right to cancel the booking for safety reasons. We will offer an alternative car if available or a full refund.

Once you have signed our booking form (which will be sent to you for confirmation and signature) you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms and conditions in full.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by these conditions.
